Every company is unique.  At Sales Management Services, we have worked with businesses ranging from 100-year-old manufacturers to technology startups.  Each client has their own distinct mix of strengths and challenges, so we work with each according to their needs.

Our client engagements are structured into two broad types:

Project

We perform one or several tasks to improve a client's sales effectiveness or meet other company objectives.  Typical engagements include:

Interim

We provide ongoing sales leadership on a part-time or interim basis for a client in situations where the sales force needs oversight but is not large enough to require a full-time sales manager, the sales force needs to be kept on track through a transition, or the client feels their limited time is better spent working with other departments within the organization.  Typical engagements include:
